Pros

Great people. Open communications and genuine desire to improve customer service in their banking software.

Cons

Most employees are under 40. There is a perceived discrimination toward older workers. Software often rushed to meet delivery deadlines. Support issues because of many bugs causes the company to spend time on rework and customer service issues.

Advice to Senior Management

Improve software quality to reduce customer service issues. Provide more training to engineers.
