Co-workers were great there. I still have many friends that I made there.

Cons

Senior management doesn't have a clue. Before the company merged with M&F Worldwide, HFS was a great place to work, primarily because of the strong and compassionate leadership of Tim Tuff. Since the merger closed, M&F senior management has turned the HFS senior management into wolves who are running the business into the ground. They have no compassion for the people who work for them. They only care about money, which is what M&F cares about. Employee morale is in the toilet as management continues to layoff workers at all of its locations.

Advice to Senior Management

Wake up and get some compassion for your employees and customers. They are the ones who are keeping this company in business.
