Pros

The fellow employees are alot of fun, and very friendly.

Cons

Management often has irrelavent benchmarks and/or measurements to accurately determine work flows. Often an idiotic concept of measurement is worked with full vigor, even if the quality of the measurements are meaningless and only create more administrative work than actual work.

Advice to Senior Management

Never promote from within Harland, as most current manager don't even posess a Business management degree from an accredited university. Also, executive level managers shold at minimum have either a Masters or MBA under their belts before being considered for hire.
