Pros

Very interesting technology and industry. Management is committed to providing employees with tools, resources, equipment, etc required to do their jobs to the best of their abilities. HFS-Carmel was very good at making my feedback and input seem appreciated. Management is very forward-thinking; good strategic planners. Excellent workplace-life balance. Very good compensation package. Excellent opportunities to improve/expand professional knowledge.

Cons

Very limited career advancement opportunities. Relatively small office (with regards to both the physical size of the office as well as the number of employees on-site) often creates a sense of "same stuff, different day".

Advice to Senior Management

Keep on keepin' on; it ain't broke so try to fix it. The one improvement would be to do more coaching of employees regarding career guidance (e.g. identify all available/possible job titles in a career path, define attainable goals and objectives associated with attaining each job title, etc).
