“not quite living the dream - no career path”
I have been working at Harley-Davidson
Pros – nice to hang out with bikers and talk about bikes and everyone feels passionate and an emotion about their job.
Cons – poor career options for an engineer. growth is limited and technical excellence is not pursued. company is controlled by styling and purchasing. engineering is a sideshow out of necessity to prevent things from falling apart.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
