“Was there during the peak, and left when things got shakey. Confident it will be back.”
Former Employee – worked at Harley-Davidson full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Interesting and creative people, cool product, awesome brand recognition. Very good benefits and other perks.
Cons – Sad to see the decline in sales and employment. Lots of changes in management and staff took its toll on morale.
Advice to Senior Management – Balance the passion for the product with focus on running the business by the numbers. Seems like you have swung from one extreme to the other (but there still seems to be wasteful spend).
