    Pros

Fun Product Fun (but aging quickly) Customers Good to have on Resume

    Cons

No Direction Toxic - cut throat environment BOD / Senior Leadership milking brand - not interested in re-investment Is this company going to be sold?

    Advice to Management

The loss of Product Development will be nearly impossible to recover for your company, your employees and your shareholders. You are not producing a commodity that anyone needs and without a culture of development, your product will become irrelevant. I understand the thinking that employees are resources which are easily replaced - and you can certainly continue to show good returns on the short term basis if you continue to cut overhead. But it will costs you in the long term. You are in it for the long term, aren't you?
