Harley-Davidson is not the "old" Harley-Davidson.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

    I worked at Harley-Davidson as a contractor

Pros: Met some wonderful people and they produce a beautiful product. Cons: Old timers don't let anyone new into their inner circles so they can teach them about the company. They are keeping their heads down… Advice to Senior Management: Don't expect to hire the best and then treat them like they are stupid...it's very insulting. Tell your upper management to smile at those… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
