    Pros: Culture change is leading to more lean manufacturing practices which they have tried to educate all employees on. Strong emphasis on safety in the workplace --… Cons: Less and less regard for benefits to the people on the floor -- union/corporate relations are unfavorable. Turnover is leading to added responsibility (and late hours)… Advice to Senior Management: Realize when talented people are front of you.
