Pros

I work here for two years after college. The environment was very encouraging and they put me to work lickity split doing what I wanted.

Cons

They were in the middle of a big shift at the time with a lot of the old guard retiring at once.

    I worked at Harris full-time

    Pros

Being a large company, Harris has a stable environment in which to work. The projects were interesting and coworkers were great to work with.

    Cons

Large corporate culture. There were many 'all hands' meetings to communicate items of interest to the employees, however these items tended to be irrelevant to the audience assembled.
