Modern, capable software. Great leadership.

Poor compensation relative to contribution. High workload.

    Working environment, flexible schedule, location.

    Cons

    No longer term vision, live quarter by quarter. No career path for employee.

    I worked at Harris as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

    Hmmm ... I got paid. I had a great manager, though. That made the excessive testing bearable. And for a while, they had (too much) free food.

    Cons

    I was hired as a software engineer but had to do a lot of repetitive testing which got old fast.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to employees when they try to tell you that you are headed in the wrong direction.
