Too much testing for a software engineer.

Software Engineer II (Former Employee) Rochester, NY

ProsHmmm ... I got paid. I had a great manager, though. That made the excessive testing bearable. And for a while, they had (too much) free food.

ConsI was hired as a software engineer but had to do a lot of repetitive testing which got old fast.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to employees when they try to tell you that you are headed in the wrong direction.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
