    Pros

    A job to have while looking for another job at another company.

    Cons

    The company does not appear to care for there employees. Everyone employee in the company that I have talked to is disgruntled and are ready to jump to another company.

    Replace management leadership. Bring on leadership that can build pride within the company and a company that employees are proud to be working for Harris.

    I have been working at Harris full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    The project I've been on for 3 years has a great work life balance. It is low stress and I am not micromanaged. I have enjoyed being able to code with different languages and frameworks. The 9/80 work schedule has definitely kept me from leaving the company despite several other offers. The benefits are real good. 401k, vacation time, sick time.

    Cons

    The raises are about 1.3% and a small amount of people seem to underperform.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep the 9/80. Give us better raises. Flatten the management structure.
