Well respected technology in their military businesses.

    Cons

Treatment and life expectancy for mid management and other employees is often very bad.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on what you're good at. Sell off/exit businesses picked up in the last 3 or 4 years.

    Pros

    Nice coworkers; dedicated; hard working

    Cons

senior management is the good old boy network; stuck on process and paperwork; reorgs have the same monkeys in different trees; people have long careers but mainly because there are not many other places to work. they give lip service to 'ethics.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

think out of the box; be flexible; get rid of the VPs working for VPs and Directors working for Directors. Don't eliminate the jobs of people who actually do the work.

    Disapproves of CEO
