Pros

They offer good pay to incoming management but if you work your way up, your pay pales in comparison.

Cons

Impossible expectations. If you're good at your job, you're stuck at your job...why advance someone who's good at what they do? Little regard to personal life...you have to live and breath the job. The more you know, the more you are expected to do regardless if it is your department. Promote team work but never follow through.

    They pay $10.00 to start

    Cons

    You have to take a lot of test in the computer once they hired you. Also I have cashier experience and they didn't want to hire me as a cashier even tho they were hiring cashier they say I will be a fresh food clerk even if I don't have experience.

    Advice to Management

    The people that hire should be more organize...the manager from each department should interview the candidates.
