I have been working at Harrison College full-time for more than 3 years

Harrison used to have reasonably strong ethics and do a fair job of educating students.

Recent changes in the past 2+ years have turned instruction into K-12. This is no longer college-level instruction. I don't blame the faculty or the deans as they have to answer to the Director of Faculty Development, who is a retired middle-school teacher - and it shows!
