Loved working here

ProsGreat colleagues, amazing staff discount, great pay when paired with the commission scheme, hours are good, breaks are good as well.

ConsA lot of people grow in the company based on friendships with management as opposed to actual skills, and more recently we were made to stay in the store on Sundays until 6:30 as opposed to the normal 6, which was annoying and time wasting because there were no customers in the store.

Advice to Senior ManagementLet people grow in the company who actually have skills as opposed to you just knowing them.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
