Pros

The company has its fair share of pros. These include a friendly work environment, access to opportunity, and flexibility. As well as outstanding and pleasant co-workers and in-store managers. When issues arise proper action is taken and when employees go beyond expectation, the company does take notice.

Cons

It would seem part-time employees have a difficult time getting more than 15 hours in a week. Furthermore, it can be difficult to be heard by the company as an employee (that is, it seems that employee suggestions can go by the wayside).

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer more in the way of hours.

    Fun product to sell and merchandise.

    Cons

    Company ended up having financial struggles in the tough economy and closed a lot of stores.

    Pros

    At one point the company had a number of great products that many customers appreciated.

    Cons

    Surprising changes to organizational structure, little compassion to the employees when the changes happened, very low moral, many associates are scared to make any decision for fear of having the job eliminated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    A number of of associates have great ideas and they are scared to share them. Listen to your employees they can help.
