I worked at Harte Hanks full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Received paychecks every two weeks. Not forced to work overtime.

    Cons

You have to get to work 30 minutes early so you can login to your computer and pull up your programs and read emails so you can login to your phone the second it is time for your shift. Training was worthless as the trainer was gone for two weeks out of the 4 week training period and didn't train for what experiences you would have once you were put on the phones. Everyone was forced to be promoted to tier II support. Work schedule changed monthly. Poor management commun

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat employees as humans and not prisoners.
