I love the flexibility that you have. All of the supervisors are uber cool.

    Pros

    Decent training Gain experience working for globally recognizable companies (not Harte-Hanks since work is performed on behalf of other large companies).

    Cons

    Limited mobility internally Salary not commensurate with experience or comparable to local wages. Company will hire anyone based on minimal criteria

    Advice to Management

    Running technical support isn't like running a customer service call center. Technical support is incident-based, not call volume based.
