Pros

The roof didn't leak too much, it was somewhat heated in the winter. Ample parking. There was a lunch place close by.

Cons

Paranoid leadership hell bent on their own personal gains. Poor pay and benefits. Communication with SMT was horrible. Empire building at its worst and willing to ruin lives to achieve these goals. Micro managing from the top down.

Advice to Senior Management

It was obvious that it was no holds-barred during the empire building phases. There were a lot of long-timers who were just rolled out with no severance. The company is not interested in taking care of employees or developing them, but rather it was an all out power struggle and a very ugly environment to work in.
