Highly dependent on which part of the organization you are in

Pros

Some offerings are very strong, such as Trillium. Great capabilities in direct mail (yes, it still exists) and logistics. Good PTO policy.

Cons

The company has been trying for years to do "digital" but can't seem to get it right. Executive leadership does not understand technology, and many of the underlying systems are antiquated. People are not used effectively, and there is very little management training, which leads to some highly irregular management styles, to put it nicely.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I'm not sure what to tell you - the problems this company has seem to be structural. How do you make a giant, antiquated organization nimble and dynamic?

They only care about metrics for their clients, not their employees

    Pros

On site decent break area & food truck. You don't get fired unless you do are a consistant underachiever. They do care about helping charities.

    Cons

Everything is always a battle. They don't care to dig down and understand what the employees are doing to help the client. Its all about how many calls you made. Quantity over quality. They micro manage and report to death. Low pay to be treated like a number, not a human being.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If your going to treat your employees like children at least pay them better that what you consider "market" price.
