“Small Mom and Pop shop mentally and budget but Politics of a large organization.”
Current Employee – been working at Hartwell Corporation
Pros – Work vs. life balance. Managements' flexibility to employees work hours.
Cons – Leadership is poor. No communication of company goals or strategy. Bottom line focused. Poor raises and no employee perks like christmas party, company picnics, employee appreciation days, etc.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire younger, experienced, strong managers with fresh ideas. Offering training and personal development to the employees.
