Wonderful

Former Employee - Research Assistant in Cambridge, MA
Former Employee - Research Assistant in Cambridge, MA

I worked at Harvard University as an intern (more than a year)

Pros

Fantastic work environment
Very sympathetic regarding employees' academic work loads
Lots of autonomy
Flexible hours
Great coworkers
Friendly management

Cons

None, really. I suppose there isn't much room for upward mobility, but it is a research facility and I was employed as a student assistant.
