Great Employer Taken for Granted

Human Resources Associate (Former Employee) Cambridge, MA

ProsHarvard is one of the few employers I have experienced that really cares about employees. Benefits are great, pay is always being analyzed, and it is truly mission-based. If I hadn't moved away I would probably have spent my whole career there.

ConsDifferent schools don't always communicate well.
Pay is lower than private sector.
Some issues with faculty and student egos.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
