“It was a good boost to my resume, but quite dull.”
Former Employee – worked at Harvard University as a contractor for less than a year
Pros – They pay temporary workers well if the temporary worker is not contracted through an agency.
Cons – They will end your contract the day of in some circumstances. I was lucky enough to be given a month's notice.
Advice to Senior Management – Consider hiring people who do not have master's or Ph.Ds for permanent positions. Most of you don't seem to consider life experience. It's valuable.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
