I have been working at Harvard University full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Some astonishingly great, high energy, motivated people who usually call it the way they see it; really good locations, interesting work. Benefits are very good.

Cons

Have worked for or with a couple of people who really shouldn't be here. Sometimes the place makes hiring mistakes and can take forever to rectify them.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reward people who have good EQ and point out that this matters. You can be both kind and awesomely great at your work, at the same time.

I have been working at Harvard University as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Actually it is an unpaid intern job, but experience is much more important than pay.

    Cons

Interns are not easy to be promoted to be real staff due to fund limitation.
