I worked at Harvard University

Pros

As someone mentioned earlier, the benefits are awesome. You can take classes for almost nothing at some schools, and even get a degree through the Extension School or Ed School. I liked the 401k and health plan, too, although they've whittled that down in recent years.

Cons

The people are mostly very good, but in a few tubs, there are some difficult characters.

    Great benefits - lots of paid time off, excellent health care, good work/life balance
