    Pros

Working at Harvard has some advantages, which allow you to become better if you want to be. It has some degree of freedom of mind and work.

    Cons

There is no interaction or collaboration between scientists. Hard work not always encouraged. It is surprising that there are almost no scientific seminars. You can be working there many years but you might know what other people work on.

    Advice to Management

Interaction between scientists and within department and within labs needs improvement. The number of seminars should be increased, faculties with department should present their work regularly to other members of the University.
