Pros

For entry level lab work, they pay significantly better than any of the hospitals and universities in Boston. They offer plenty of learning opportunities and career advancement potential. 3 weeks of paid vacation to start (which doesn't include the mandatory, paid week long christmas break) along with excellent insurance plans.

Cons

Sometimes the bureaucracy can be overwhelming and higher level faculty can be intimidating.

    Pros

Best resources, the most qualified people and the most cutting edge work - combination of all this is happening right here.

    Cons

High-stress and really competitive environment - be prepared to be stressed about work. Growth rate is slower compared to smaller universities.

    Advice to Management

More work-life balance is required. Also more university wide collaboration would ensure proper and uniform allocation of resources. Otherwise it's all going great.
