    I worked at Havas Worldwide

    Pros

easy commute, different types of projects to work on, work closely with designers. smaller than the rest of Euro since it focuses only on pharma clients

    Cons

not everyone understand interactive, producers make promises they can't backup and don't consult IA or Design before committing to deadlines for work. they don't have a documented UX process so causes lots of confusion about expectations

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Most of the team needs to be educated about what UX is and isn't responsible for. Producers need to understand what it actually involved in executing work. Freelancers should be treated with more respect. Just because they aren't full-time doesn't mean they should be given less of an ability to contribute. They were hired for a reason. Use their expertise to the fullest.
Less politics and that sort of non-sense would help greatly
