“Get ready to become frustrated”
Current Employee – been working at Hawker Beechcraft Corporation
Pros – None. HBC is the lowest paying in the aircraft industry. People generally work there a few years to gain experience and move on to better paying jobs
Cons – Poorly managed company from the top down
Advice to Senior Management – Get more feedback from you're employees and use it. Jim Schuster did a good job of pulling the company out of a death spin, but I think he has been getting bad advice from the people below him. Talk to the people on the floor Jim.
