I worked at Haydon Building Corp

Pros – Great summer job as a college student looking to make some cash during the 3 month break from school.
Good experience to the construction industry.
Well managed construction crews.

Cons – Lots of coworkers with little to no education. Early morning shifts. Hot sun in Phoenix. The work can become boring pretty quickly. No lunch break.

Advice to Senior Management – Provide a better forum for open communication. Give work crews the option to work 4 10's or 5 8's during the hot summer months.
