Change happens at as fast as surfing the front wave of a glacier. If you want to do things "the right way" rather than just the way that you're told to do it, you are in for a long long long uphill battle, on a slippery slope, wearing skis.

Advice to Senior Management

The market in Health care is precarious now, though it's not as obvious now. You need to have $ where your mouth is regarding change, so as to position HCSC for the future. If not, we will become irrelevant.
