Those pursuing some kind of degree can get more tuition assistance - a whole $5200 per year. An employee would have to take out loans just to get some education to advance in the skills desperately needed at this company.

Advice to Senior Management

Better recognition and opportunities for employees trying to advance their education and modernize their skillsets to match advancing technologies. Otherwise, contractors will be continually need to be hired to compensate for the aging workforce.
