Cons

Management is not hand picking new staff members. Now, if you dont have a MBA, you will not get promoted. The MBA's that have been promoted are pretty much all medicated. They are "token" to their promotions. The pretty much follow and say yes....and dont challenge upper management.

Advice to Senior Management

Just be careful who you promote.
