Hcsc – “Not great, but could be worse”

Pros

I have a good manager and am not expected to work crazy long hours each week.

Cons

Underpaid. Not being advanced quickly. They have been filling positions with outside people instead of promoting within.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay people what they should be paid for their job. I know someone who just left hcsc for a 35% pay increase somewhere else.
