Hcsc – “A good paycheck but not a fun place to work”

Pros

Good salary and benefits (healthcare, dental, etc)

Cons

Poor communication from senior staff. The company just did a downsizing with more to come. Little effort to engage the employees in the company's financial problems and solutions. Senior staff is isolated and Overall morale is poor, but people stay because of the economy and their paycheck.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen and communicate more. Come down from the ivory tower from time to time.
