    Negative Outlook

    Pros

    - Small Organization - Few good projects

    Cons

    - Pathetic Employee Satisfaction. Slowly most employee benefits are withdrawn - Growth is project specific. If you change too many projects, forget any growth - Renumeration & hike below market standards - Some illogical paramters for appraisal process (for which employee doesnt have control on)

    Advice to Management

HS has changed from employee friendly company to 'blood-sucking' company. A few policies were already bad, now even more worse have been introduced. In terms of employee satisfaction, policies are real less. Employee are asset to company, treat them like one. Hire & Fire really doesnt help. Pamper old employees, rather than hiring new one. Appraisal policy needs revamp, especially utilization. (have raised many times with HR aswell). Post employee selection in project, until onboading, utilization waiver should be given. Between projects, utilization waiver should be given. De-boarding & onboarding dates rarely coincide. Promotion policy are not well implemented. Even employee satisfying all criteria are not promoted. later even if, it is established, it was some goof up, no corrective action are taken. Encourage WFH, especially late nite calls/meeting, rather than forcing 9 hr policy List is endless, but sadly no one takes up charge to fix it up. Will soon see a good bye from a very old employee, as employee worth is not appreicated
