“Good place to work if you can stand the politics and spotlight”

I have been working at Health Canada

Pros – Flex time, growth opportunity, job security, industry standard pay

Cons – Political hot potato, long turn around time for anything to get done, slow process, ok management

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to employees and ask for opinions, rather than making assumptions.
