Located in Westminster, CO nice commute for someone living in the north of Denver.

Cons

Huge turnover in human resource department.

    Pros

    Other than senior leadership in HR for the most part the employees were great folks.

    Cons

    Senior Leadership team failed and the company was sold early spring

    There is none since the company has been sold.

    Pros

    Located in Colorado, other employees are generally nice, VPs are knowledgeable, office is clean, great IT department, conference reimbursement benefit

    Cons

    Poor communication, poor health benefits, failing industry, no new business development, eliminated marketing department, financial issues, said in great cash position at beginning of year and then couldn't make budget by years end.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't hire anyone unless you know you need them. Hiring and then laying off every few years is not an efficient way to run a company.
