Pros

Good compensation package, great people

Cons

Constant political senior management battles and plenty of inept individuals at senior management level leading to very low moral at rank and file..

Advice to Management

Get your act together and stop nepotism..it will catch up with sooner or later..

    Pros

Health Net is located in a great part of Woodland Hills. The people I worked with were very friendly and the company is fairly good at keeping it's employees content.

    Cons

The company is fairly old fashioned, although it is more of an industry thing than a specific to Health Net.

    Pros

Stable jobs, not much overtime, little lay off, bonus is about 10% of salary; good benefits; good locations in Woodland Hills, CA

    Cons

limited upward opprtunities for growth and promotions, no career track or goals for most employees; some senior management (VP level) spent a lot of time chatting and on meetings

    Advice to Management

Better leadership at VP level and above; advanced degree is more appreciated; master degree at a minimum for directors and above
