Pros

Salary is great for this area of Connecticut. Very rich severance package, especially for those who have been working here for a long time.

Cons

Health Net corporate sold its Northeast division to United. Membership only, none of its employees, so we will all be out jobs. Outsourced ITG jobs to India. ITG has never been the same since.

Continue to be respectful of your current Northeast associates sticking it out until the end comes.
