I have been working at Health Quest part-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Everyone is friendly and the environment is great.

Cons

Management works with human resources to throw you under the bus when you make a mistake. If your department is not union then you are screwed.

I have been working at Health Quest

    Pros

They pay you money, somewhat flexible hours.

There's literally just not enough pros to write Glassdoor.com's 20 word minimum, sorry.

    Cons

They don't pay you much money.
They don't tell you information necessary to do your job.
You will be reprimanded for not knowing information about your job they refuse to tell you.
Hours are very long. (10 hours or longer should be expected. My shortest shift ever was 9.5 hours)
If you work on the lower end of the spectrum you will be routinely disrespected by everyone. This is expected. They purposely make social classes within the company and you will be treated based on your class.
    Favoritism. So much favoritism.
    Upward mobility is non-existent.
You will be given conflicting instructions from management making it impossible to do your job.

I would go on but I think I've made my point.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect your employees and consider that maybe you are the problem. You don't tell your employees essential information and then reprimand them and take away privileges for them not knowing these things. (Privileges such as using your cell phone at work) You somehow think this will make them work better. All you do is destroy what little motivation the workforce has by punishing them for your mistakes.
