I have been working at Health Strategies Group

Pros – Great benefits
Relaxed work environment (depending on the department) while being challenging
Not too far from New Hope which is beautiful if you can stick around after work

Cons – Building is located near a sewage treatment plant.
Upper management has little knowledge about how a consulting firm should grow as many of them have a Pharmaceutical background.
Many people get promoted due to seniority and not ability.
There are people in management roles who know very little about how to manage people.

Advice to Senior Management – Hire outside people for management and board level positions who can inject the company with new ideas. And once they present those ideas, don't just say that you are willing to change; get out of the way and let them make those changes.
