I worked at Health & Hospital Corp of Marion County

Pros – Good amount of paid time off, coworkers were nice for the most part, ability to work independently, senior management has done a good job financially managing Wishard Hospital

Cons – lower level employees are not treated with respect, management is cliqueish, no career track or room to advance, dangerous working conditions

Advice to Senior Management – offer a career track to lower level employees, give them a reason to perform well other than the threat of being fired

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
