Current Employee – been working at HealthAmerica
Pros – It's in a good location, plenty of stores and restuarants within a short distance. Most people are generally friendly. There is a cafeteria onsite - though the food is questionable.
Cons – Very hard to move up, management can and will hold you back if they dont' want to let you move into another role or department. Some managers are very inflexible regarding time, makes it hard to find that "work/life balance".
Advice to Senior Management – Help your employees grow, show them areas where they excel and help them build upon it. Stop watching the clock, just because you have employees that are faithfully in their seats from 8-5 doesn't mean they are productive employees, and vice versa.
