I have been working at HealthBridge Management full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great opportunity learn as a new nurse,

Cons

Pay, Health benefits, time and leave. RNs lack respect for the knowledge that LPNs bring(treated like you are less important). staffing does not = the acuity of care that is needed on the units.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Patients are not Cash Cows, you became a 5-star facility because of the care your staff gave, Acknowledge that!!!!

    A job is provided. The pay could be worse.

    Cons

    The management is overworked. Long hours worked even outside of being on the job site.

    Pay good people more money. You'll have less turnover which will save money in the long run.

    I worked at HealthBridge Management full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Co-workers only, love their patients.

    Cons

    Worst benefits, negative leadership, poor raises, no vacation tracking. They seem to be happy with a 50% company wide employee turnover, they are simply out to churn through people and make money at their expense.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Re-structure the whole approach to people management. Find senior leaders who actually care about employees, health care plan offering is noted as the worst product on the market, improve benefits and pay.
