    Pros

    Pay above average for Customer Service Reps, Offer up to $150 towards your car note( if gas efficient), Tuition Reimbursement, Marriage Bonus, Incentives

    Cons

    WorkForce sets your schedule by seniority, Ridiculous Goals set for reps. Must comply with Average Hold Time, Average Call Time, if over the set standard you go onto a progressive plan. Also unrealistic time off. If not approved by Workforce, you have to call out. Which then counts against you when reviews and promotions come around.

    Advice to Management

    No real problem with management. My manager was fired so I have no advice. Other than, if she would have paid more attention to managing a call center versus being in a " conference call" all day, she might still have her job.

    Nice, friendly people who are competent and hard working. Competitive salary. Good PTO

    Cons

    Sr. management was always changing their decisions. Clinical programs were really non existent and not a strong point.

    Advice to Management

    Don't make greed change what was once a good company. It takes character to grow a company and profits and stock bonuses should not cloud judgement.
