ConsWorkForce sets your schedule by seniority, Ridiculous Goals set for reps. Must comply with Average Hold Time, Average Call Time, if over the set standard you go onto a progressive plan. Also unrealistic time off. If not approved by Workforce, you have to call out. Which then counts against you when reviews and promotions come around.

Advice to Senior ManagementNo real problem with management. My manager was fired so I have no advice. Other than, if she would have paid more attention to managing a call center versus being in a " conference call"
all day, she might still have her job.
